𐑬𐑢
outoil

The letter 𐑬 is the vowel sound in the words "shout" and "mouth", and it does look a lot like a shouting mouth.

The letter 𐑢 is the vowel sound in the word "oil". It looks a bit like a number 7. Perhaps that's the price of oil.

Now you can write:

plough𐑐𐑀𐑬"plough", which some people spell "plow"
house𐑣𐑬𐑕"house"
coin𐑒𐑢𐑯"coin"
boyπ‘šπ‘Ά"boy"
soil𐑕𐑢𐑀"soil"
